Description
I have created a couple of private issues and I test who could see it. This works correctly, the person to who I have assigned the private issues is th only one who sees them. I checked in the activity of other users and correctly, nothing is displayed. Then I create a roadmap and I inserted these 2 issues. The issues are displayed in the roadmap but shown only if you are the owner of the issues or the assignee.
I do not know if this was done on purpose or if it is a bug but I think itis not really clear ... at the first glance it can be interpreted as a bug.
My solution would be as in all the other tabs - Activity, Issues, etc. there are not shown,, so I would keep consistency and not show them also in the road map ... so definitely like this is a private issue.
Thank you.

I don't get it. What is the difference between displayed and shown?

I think "displayed" means that they appear in the activity list and "not shown" means that he cannot accesd them because Issues#show yields a 403. I did not try to reproduce, I'm just trying to interpret :-)
