We'd like to start using Subtasks, but have found that only Administrators (top-level) get show the Parent Task field in a ticket, or the "Add" link in the Subtasks section.
Have we missed something really obvious in Settings? I've looked through, but can't see anything.

- Status changed from New to Closed
- Resolution set to Invalid
Have a look to your users Role permissions.
