Hello,

We are using latest version of Redmine. I'm looking for a feature / plugin which enables me to put my current project on "hold" or "suspended" status. If my client or Project Manager requests to stop all activity on my current running projects, then I should have the ablility to pur all activity on hold or suspend the project until the Administrator or Project Manager enables it again.

Once project is on hold or suspended status, then the users or members should not be able to make any changes into that project until that project is enabled and active again.

The project on hold or suspend state should be visible in the Public Project list if project is "Public"
