Description

Hello Jean-Philippe!

I saw the project description is textilized on project overview page, but not textilized elsewhere. Also formatting
toolbar is missing on settings page above description field.

I think textilizable welcome text would be also useful.

These are small things so I've made a patch. Attached.

Hi,

Project description are now textilized on projects lists and
home page (rev 651). Welcome is also textilized now (rev 652).

I had to make small changes to ApplicationHelper#textilizable
so that wiki and changesets links work when not inside the project
(eg. on projects list).

I've noticed this in the following case:

Under projects/list_documents page, documents are listed with
a preview of their descriptions. However, the descriptions are
not textilized. When the description is shown under the documents/show
page, it is correctly textilized.
