What about adding a personal private ticket in issue history and sending appropriate mail notification?

Isn't the better solution for me, because I don't want to write on history but only to send a mail: for example, if in my develop team anyone tell some "wrong" words (about the job, the specs, etc) and I want to notify the projects lead that isn't a member of the specific project in redmine...
