Soft start and due dates of an issue

Description
Now, start and due dates of an issue are hard. It doesn't allow to reschedule its project based on dependencies and durations.
I suggest to take the dates as soft ones (to allow their reschedule) unless checkboxs at field Start date and/or Due date are checked.
Sorry if I submitted a duplicated issue. It is very hard to search in those 2.000+ feature requests.

Did you know that dates were actually modified depending upon issue relations (see RedmineIssues)?
