Add "All time" to timelog report

Description
It should be great to have same "date range selector" in both /timelog/details and /timelog/report.
I preffer that one in /timelog/details because I most often use "(o) All time" selected.
In /timelog/report I have to check every time if start/end dates are correct, which is bothering me ;)
