Unrelated error message when creating a group with an invalid name

Description
If you try to create a group that already exists you get the following message:
"Last name has already been taken"
Which last name? :)

I have expericensed the problem in redmine 1.2.2 and 1.3.0.
- Affected version (unused) set to 1.3.0
- Affected version set to 1.3.0
- Subject changed from Unrelated flash[...] message when creating user group to Unrelated error message when creating a group with an invalid name
- Status changed from Confirmed to Resolved
- Target version changed from Candidate for next minor release to 1.3.1
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
- Resolution set to Fixed
