As a code inspector/reviewer, I would like to be able to review the checkins ignoring white-space changes

Description
This due to the fact that not all developers code according to the standard coding-style that keeps the white-space how it should be.
(NB note sure if this is really an SCM issue, if could also be called a UI issue)
