Having a problem where I have to go and define a new role and change a person's role from one to the other, and no easy way to manage a user assigned to roles, assigned to projects.

In Administration -> Roles & Permissions, there is no way to see who all is assigned to a Role across all projects.

Unless I go project by project, where we have 100+ projects, I cannot quickly change a person.

If they are part of a group, in the Groups management, Groups >> Group_Name, instead of a multiple selection for projects, it is only a single select, and then assigning the role to individual project by project, or individual edit by edit of the projects.

There needs to be a way to do bulk edits of a particular user or group, both to projects and to groups and to roles.

Fact that we will have to spend a few hours taking care of this is not a good use of a person's time (since we have to go one by one). And if this has to be done across multiple users, or repeated in the future for anyone else, it will increase the overall time spent in administration overhead.
