Adds a configuration in "My account", what projects are to be displayed in a "my" projects view.
On tab Projects you will see only those projects that are selected.
Installation notes
1. Copy your plugin directory into #{RAILS_ROOT}/vendor/plugins (Redmine 1.x).
2. rake db:migrate_plugins RAILS_ENV=production
Tested only - Redmine 1.4
