This plugin shows a number of reports about your issues.
Included reports:
- SLA (set what tracker/priority is due when, and see a nice graph)
- User Hold up (See how long it takes for tickets to get updated in each person's que)
- Issue Status ( This shows the top 10 longest time since updated issues for each status)

git clone this repo to your plugins directory
