主要功能及特性：
1. 任务创建及变更发送钉钉消息通知
2. 移动端通过钉钉免登授权可实现点击消息后可直接查看任务内容
3. 通知消息可以直接在钉钉PC客户端工作台或侧边栏浏览，也支持外部浏览器打开
4. 扫码或移动端登录后自动绑定钉钉，绑定后用户可接收通知消息及免登（无需手动配置，自动获取）

6. 支持是否启用钉钉登录模块
安装说明
1. 解压至 Redmine 的 plugins 目录
2. 在 Redmine 根目录下执行 RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rake redmine:plugins:migrate
3. 重新启动 Redmine
