- a full redmine 5+ theme in new independent css files
- normalized color palette to only ~20 colors
- normalized sizes to multiples of 5px

Installation notes
- copy the "intera" directory into the redmine project directory under public/themes/
- under Administration -> Settings, tab Display, select theme "Intera"
