Feature: Comments on revisions?

Hi,

I think it would be helpful to integrate something like comments on revisions or commits. To for example comment the commiters coding style or implementation. What do you think? Helpful or better use the forum directly and "link" to a revision?

Why not... That's not the more useful feature to implement, but it can add a little something. Fill a feature request, please.
