redmine's portal

Hi guys,

my redmine's portal works very well. It is placed in a DMZ and from outside it is very fast but it is very slow when I tried to reach it from the LAN. The ping time is like the others servers placed in the same DMZ.

Do you have any suggestions?

What server are you using? Could it be that you have activated some name lookups for the logs that take a long time or just timeout for your local users?
