rails installation gives error

hello,
i have installed redmine 0.9 version i got error when i install rails.when itry to make a command with rails it says (loaderror),and also when i tried to open http://localhost:3306 it says your mysql coluld not connect.
please help me if you have solution to fix the installation of rails.

You don't need to run any rails command to install redmine. Please be more precise about what you are trying and the errors you get.
