Export Project from one instance to another

Hi
Is it possible that I export some projects from one instance of redmine to another one?

No.

I only know of one redmine_merge_redmine plugin on github that can merge two whole instances (not just take on project and copy it over), but it's incomplete and at best needs work to make it copy only one project.
