Redmine Developer wanted

Hello all,

I'm new to this forum, so I hope this question doesn't disrespect the rules of conduct of this forum. Also, as being German, I apologize for possible mistakes in my wording.

I'm a Redmine heavy user and take great pleasure in doing so as it is a very good product. I couldn't really do my job without it and owe a great deal of gratitude to you guys.

I few things are missing, though, so I am looking for an affordable developer who is willing and able to customize and extend a few things for me. Any change should be coordinated with the project and returned to the community.
