Hide Assigned TO for Roles and Permission

Hi all,

I have the following problem with "assigned to" field:

I 'd want create a mySpecialRole(Develepor) and to hide "assigned to" field when an user, related to mySpecialRole, try to update an issue..

That is: I'd Like customize the "assigned to" field visibility only for specific roles.
Is it possible??
