Send multiple variables rf12_easySend()

I have just started working with Jeenodes together with the gravity plug. I was able to setup a wireless network using the JeeLink as the central node and could also send a variable to it programmatically using rf12_easySend(). I would like to send a data packet from the sensor node to the JeeLink that contains values of all the 3 axis of the gravity plug, but can't figure out how to do that.

Any help is welcome:)
