The "ideal" project team size for redmine usage

Dear all,

I am new in redmine and have tried a few features from bitnami package. I am just wondering and would like to know based on your experiences in using this software..what is the "ideal" number of user & project can be handled by Redmine, is it robust enough to cover multiple teams/departments?

That largely depends on the infrastructure you put it on. The limiting factor will also be the number of concurrent requests (how many people try to load a page from Redmine at a certain point in time), not the number of users per se (a user on the system doesn't impede the performance if he never logs in).
