Imap unable to retrive mail from specific domain

Hi,

I am quiet new to redmine. I have setup redmine to retrieve mails from an IMAP server. The issue I am facing is a bit confusing. When i send mails from my company email address, it works and updates the ticket. However when our client replies to any mail it does updates the ticket.

Where to look for the logs in this matter. Production.log file does show anything related to this.

Do your clients send their emails from addresses associated to accounts in Redmine?
