Are per tracker permissions being considered for 1.2? Every time someone posts a similar request it gets labeled as a dup and closed (aka po-po'd) The act of duping issues (closes) as opposed to grouping them as related, causes many important features to slip through the cracks. Unfortunately there is no easy way to capture all goods and reject the noise into one unifying feature. The general feature concept "Permissions specific to a tracker and all its variations" does not appear to be getting much attention, even though it appears to be a highly requested feature.
