Apparently, Redmine records all updates to all the issues, including status changes. However, as far as I can see, it is lacking a mechanism for supporting service level management, e.g. a way to see the amount of time between issue creation and closure, for each issue, as a column in issue reports. Or maybe I overlooked it?..
Also, I have been checking available plugins in the plugins directory, but none seems to support this kind of simple and useful functionality. Yet again, maybe I missed some awesome plugin that does exactly what I need?
Any clues/suggestions are welcome...
