Common file page across all projects

We are using Redmine for an internal project, and we would like to have the file capability common across all projects within Redmine. This way our users have a common page where they can upload files that span across all projects. Is this possible? If so how can we accomplish it?

It seems it is not possible to have files common to all the projects.

You may create a dedicated project for common files and tell your users to upload files there.
