Hello,
Meanwhile I'm exporting a big csv from redmine I'm asking myself what are the different feedbacks of redmine users. So as to have some data for everybody I propose to share our experience by giving some data of our usage:
- Type of use:
-Project management
-Issues management
-Test management
-Partial documentation management
-Reporting
-Delivery management
-Requirement management for some projects only
- Number of instance: 3
1 for production, 1 for test, 1 with the last version published - Number of active users: 100-150
- Number of daily users : 20
- Number of projects: around 50
- Number of trackers: around 30000
- Number of tracker types: 17
- Number of mongrel clusters: 4
- Server OS: Windows
- Specific developement on the redmine app: No
- Context: software development for industry
- Plug-in: Redmine Work Time plugin,Redmine Light Box plugin ,Issue Importer,Redmine Graphs plugin,WikiNG
- Version: 1.1.1
- Notifications by e-mail: yes
- Creating issues by e-mail: yes
CONS:
- the only lack is a much elaborated reporting system so as to enable reports using the links between trackers, (this CONS can be easily bypassed by a birt report )
- documentation management, but this can be easily bypassed by the DMSF plugin (in test in our side)

When I configured our Redmine, the difficult thing for me was to define trackers and issue statuses for the trackers. Would you like to share some examples?
