we are looking for a freelanced, home office based redmine developer

Rails Developer with Redmine know how
Redmine is our main platform for project management. we learned that it is very hard to be better then the tools you use. which is why we constantly try to improve our redmine setup.
currently we have redmine 1.4 in production use and are setting up a new environment in redmine 2.3.x.

No problem, there were posts like this before. Although I'd really like to get some cool fresh Früh, it's not readily available here in the South...

although i prefer mühlen (http://www.muehlenkoelsch.de/) over früh, as long as 'South' means south of germany i'm ready to send some as a dontation for opensource community.
