How to make a to-do-list

Hello everyone,,
I need to make a to-do-list for two employees and they start to perform it after the maneger give a sign of acceptance.
can I do somethine like this with Redmine and how can I try it with the demo account?

Here is a plugin for that, https://github.com/bthesorceror/redmine_todo_list, but it is very old.

Certainly. Actually I haven't intsalled it yet, but I think our users will appreciate the opportunity of creating checklists.
