I'm trying to install v3.0 (today's stable checkout), so I went with the Redmine 2.x step. But the output I got is:

$ bundle exec ruby script/rails server webrick -e production script/rails no longer exists, please use bin/rails instead.

Yes it's outdated it says redmine 2.x .
For redmine 3.x
try

bundle exec rails server webrick -e production
