update issue done ration

We are using bitnami redmine-stack installer, version 3.4.2 (on windows server 2012)

According to the Redmine Guide -> Admin section I should be able to define the "update issue done ratio"

Is this not longer possible in our version? Why?
We do not have the button "update issue done ratio"

We are currently using the Bitnami VM with Redmine 3.4.2 and the functionality still exsists.
The button appears after changing the settings according to my answer in Close Tickets and set 100%...
