Last projects on main page.

Hi.

On the main page we have last projects window, this is good solution when redmine is used for project hosting etc.

I have limited number of projects (several) and in my case more usable is display all projects window instead of current solution.

Because there isn't one good solution, My proposition is new feature: Switchable projects list, this might by globally set option for the redmine installation.

This is something I've implemented in the Collapse plugin in a slightly different way:

An optional Projects-tab provides (nested) project-links of projects for which the current user has a role;

Though I understand that it could be not your kind of thing... YMMV...

Note: current version 0.1.0 is not yet compatible with the current trunk (see compatibility-info); an updated release will be delivered soon :-) I'm currently working on the latest changes before I'll start some extensive tests before release...
