Check in your project's settings, Issue Categories. There you can setup an automatic assignee for new issues according to the category.

I'm really thank you but didn't work.
I would like that not assigned for anyone, so I put this options without user, but even that I put without user, every issue enter with my user for everyone that register an issue. I really don't know what is happening

It could be a plugin doing that. Without having a look it's difficult to say.

I think no but it's possible, I have just one plugin and this plugin is a kanban board (Redhopper plugin). In fact it's not something that could do that.

There is also an option for the standard assignee on the general project settings view.
