images with spaces in name cannot be referenced with "!" -tag

Hello Forum:

when using Wiki + Images with spaces or "strange" characters in the file-name the "!" stops working.

OK:
No Spaces in Image Name

NOK:
!20181115_0708-Open discussion - Redmine.png!

Workaround - use img-tag.

Is this a bug or feature or to be enhanced?
