Upgrade to redmine 4.0.1 administrator can´t edit issue comment

After upgrade redmine from 3.3 to 4.0.1 users administrtors and all users can´t edit comment of issue.

Please post errors logged in the production.log. It may indicate the cause of the problem.

I dont have any error on the production.log. the problem is I dont have button options to edit comment issues with administrator or all users.

I have found the issue is the new theme that is use that is no working well but I have updated it to the last version and now is works.
