Download plugin Checklists

While upgrading Redmine to the latest version 4.1.0 I want to use the checklist plugin 3.1.17. Curently i am unable to download it on https://www.redmineup.com. It seems that the whole site is offline. Does anyone know why that is and is there any alternative?

It appears that it just does not work on any computer in our own network (we do not know why yet). We have downloaded the plug-in on another computer outside our own network.
