keyword search before posting occurs

Is there already a way that a list of keywords could be examined prior to an tracker being posted, and having it sequestered for approval or editing? Sorry if it's a newbie question.

Hi, your requirement is not so clear. It'b better if you describe your use case.

Thank you for request. When a post is created, we'd like to be able to search the contents for certain keywords. If they contain any of the keywords, we'd like the post to not be created and placed in a location for approval. There would be a notification that such a post was generated, so the approvers could review and decide if it can proceed or be rejected.
