DESCRIPTION field missing in a new issue

I have installed Bitnami Redmine version 4.2.4-0 (Windows). But when I try to create a new issue there is now field DESCRIPTION in it. Everything was fine in previous versions. Is it possible to fix this problem?

You probably have disabled the description field for the Hotel 2 tracker at Administration -> Trackers.
