Dear all,
I have created created a project and a role. All persons belong to the same group and the group is assigned to the created role.
After ticket creation I can't assign the ticket to any person, why?
I can only assign the ticket to myself.

according to your description, you missed to assign all the persons to the project.

Dear Marina,
thx for your help and message.
All persons are belongig to group and the group is assigned to the project.
In the overview I see the created role and all persons are assigned to the project.

You can configure per role if issues should be assignable to users of that role. You ca edit thios towards the top of the respective role edit screen at Administration -> Roles and permissions.
