Allow the administrator to insert hours from a person who is not in the project

Hello, we really love working with Redmine, to the extent that we have written a separate project to automate the build of reports and so on. We collect labor costs for customers and are faced with the fact that when transferring tasks from project to project, we cannot automatically set the hours from a person if he is not there. This is done by a bot with all administrator rights. Tell me if it is possible to consider allowing the administrator to set hours from a person, even if he is not in the project.

Hello Denis,

there is the plugin redmine_impersonate which seems to be exactly the thing you are looking for.
Although it states compatibility with an older version I whould give it a try.
