Hours summary by user by time in all projects

Hey,

Is it possible to get an overview of total hours worked for a particular user in a particular month among all projects?

There is a breadcrumb-like line at the top of the report view, the first entry of which is all projects, which as the name suggests will take you to a report for all projects, the make the report against users and you're done.
