Link State and Workflow to a project

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to define trackers states and workflow per project.
For exemple, a tracker state 'Cancel' can exist in some project configuration but not all of them.
Do you know if there is a way or an existing plugin to do this please ?

Not that I'd know of, you have to define as many trackers as you need different workflows.
