Manager/Administrator add time on other members' behalf?

Hello,

I often need to add time entries for team members, but I can't seem to figure out how in Redmine.

Previously I have either

Been having a dropdown where I could select which user this time entry was for.
Been able to "log in as user" - In Redmine, the only way seems to reset the users password, which they wouldn't like.

Is it possible at all?

I think you can only edit other's time entries, not create them for them, sorry.
