only have one tracker enabled by default when creating new project

We have 4 trackers with our redmine installation, tasks, bug, feature, and support. I would like to have the task tracker enabled by default when creating a new project, but not the other 3 trackers. The other 3 trackers should still be present as they will be checked on with some new projects, but not the majority.

I can't find where to choose the default trackers? Any suggestions?

Per default all are selected, and there is no way to change that currently.
