Plugin - How to add another tab in project settings tab?

Hi,

I am novice redmine/ruby developer here. So, I may be asking some basic question.

I have created a new module at project level. I will like to add a setting page / tab for this module in project settings. Can somebody please point me to some documentation / example on how to do this?
