how to auto create svn

I install Redmine on Ubuntu and run it.

I create new project:

ex: test

then i must manual create on ubuntu:

sudo svnadmin create /var/svn/test
      sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /var/svn/test
      sudo chmod -R g+ws /var/svn/test

I want it auto create, help me pls
