proleme with the installation

Hi :)

i juste installed tosca for testing but i have a probleme

the installation was successfull, bu when i try to connect on the local web site ( 192.168.1.26/tosca/)
i dont have the site, i just have a list with all files

can someone help me pealse ?

I think you have posted on the wrong forum, this is for redmine, not tosca, sorry.
