Redmine

Hi,

I recently updated Redmine from 0.8 to c43ef6e7696e1f9684099a7a19d3b71b42ac5a06. Since the update users telling me that they receive notification mails for all activity within their projects. We have users reporting issues only once a year so it's very annoying for them to receive all the other mails. I tried to set their mail notification options to "Only for things I watch or I'm involded in" but obviously being a project member implies "being involved in" every issue within the project. Is that the intended behavior?

Secondly, some users set their locales to german. Since the update I can see strange options for setting mail notification options (see the screenshot). Could this be related?

I temporarily set my own locale to english. Then I can selecto "No Events" for that option. Nevertheless, all members get notified for each project.

Am I doing something wrong?
