Moving Redmine from local PC to Server

Hello,
I'm an admin guy who's been testing Redmine for a couple of weeks. It's fantastic!
However, I've now been given the task of moving it from a local computer to the intranet server.

I can read in previous posts that it's simply an sql dump and move of the database.
That sounds nice, however, it's not so simple for me. Could anyone please give a dummie-explanation of what I should do? :-)

Both computers run Windows and the database seem to be MySQL. The target server has a fresh and clean installation of Redmine (both installations made automatically from the very nice BitNami package).

Well, if you're an admin, you should also know how to dump a database…

Anyway, this isn't directly a redmine problem but rather a thing you should be asking the bitnami guys/forums. I'm pretty sure their howtos also covers this though, so you might want to look there first too.
