Hi!
How can i list tickets in differnet categories inside the tickets overview.
For example:

Categorie 2:

On top of the issue list, you have the "Filters" and the "Options" sections. Clicking on "Options" will open more options (sic), from which you can select what columns to show and what grouping to apply.
